You can’t give the whole place a bad rating because one person doesn’t listen to you on how you want your child’s hair. I don’t think that’s fair. She took everything I said and did the ABSOLUTE COMPLETE opposite. I will be sure that this person does not cut my son’s hair again. Can we say BUTCHERED his hair. We have never had an issue with anyone else here that’s why I gave it 4 stars.

I wasn’t having the best day when I first walked in, but when I sat down, I was cheered up right away because the girls were so sweet. My hair turned out beautiful too! Thank you ?
