After 14 years Fridinger-Ritchie just performed a second water heater replacement for us. I called around for quotes but once again no one could beat their price. I called them on a Monday, described what I wanted, and they had someone here on Tuesday afternoon with the new water heater ready to do the work. Most other places wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, some wanting to charge me just to visit and provide a quote. There technician Paul did an excellent job, he was courteous, efficient, and very clean. I really have to give these guys 5 stars.

My hot water heater is in a horrible location underneath my kitchen counter. The workers were super smart finding a way to get the heater in without having to totally take out all the cabinetry. They worked diligently to find a heater that would fit in the small space, called me to update me on their search. I had contact with several different workers and they were all super friendly, helpful. They asked if I had any questions several times throughout each visit. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for making what could have been a horrible disaster so much easier to manage.
