Been going here since 2002. LOVE THIS PLACE!! Not only is she my nail artist she is also my friend. I have sent many referrals to Choe because she is super clean and does very detailed work!

I have been having my nail done at Elegant Nails for over 18 years â¤ï¸She does an awesome job and she is a very caring person, I had Breast Cancer and when I wasn't able to work she did my nails the whole time I had chemo for â¤ï¸FREEâ¤ï¸ I would NEVER go anywhere else ðŸ’¯ GREAT WORK

My daughters have been going to Elegant Nail Salon for some years, and have found them the very best in Hagerstown and Frederick Maryland. The personal service and attention to detail compares to none. They would recommend everyone to go there. The Very Best in Nail Salons.
