Great experience in a stressful circumstance. Yesterday a deer hit my car. I was able to get my car to the side of the road, but that was it. I called Eichelberger’s Towing. Not only did they respond quickly, the dispatcher, Carly, was professional and calming.
A+ job! Got a dreaded transmission warning two hours from home. They answered the phone, showed up when they said they would, took care of my car, and even handled a steep hill at the destination no problem. And the price was reasonable too. Really grateful they were so able and willing to help!!
Charlie is very professional I was fortunate to have this company chosen for road side assistance he was responsive , polite and twice as fast as the other company around town (don’t buy a Pacifica) couldn’t ask for a better tow service !
