I have not been to a dentist in 3 years due to not having insurance. I finally had enough to pay for a cleaning out of pocket and I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful they were to me. I had a lot of build up from over the years and I didn’t feel a single hint of judgement. I forget the woman’s name that did the cleaning but her and dr.bachtell were incredible. I would recommend them 100x over and I am looking forward to keeping up with my dental health with them in the future.
Very grateful to have been introduced to Dr. Bachtell and everyone there. Everything was so great from the non-existent wait time, the quality of the work, handling everything with my insurance. Truly couldn't be happier about the whole experience.
Absolutely the best dentist in Hagerstown. I had always been terrified of going to the dentist and had the bad teeth to prove it. Nevertheless, I went in terrified, and Chip and his assistant were able to keep me calm and comfortable. I had 6 or 7 pulled on top, and my upper denture made. A few months later, I repeated the visit to do my lower denture with 5 or 6 pulled. I recommend Chip to everyone.
PS I also had this done without having a prescription for any pain medication either.
