I had a tricky tax situation that occurred and reached out to DRC Accounting and received great help from Hollie Hall. I am grateful not only for the excellent advice but also the empathy shown for a difficult situation. I was impressed at the level of thoroughness and investigation that went into researching the issue and will be using Hollie and DRC again in the future.

Nothing pleases me more than communication and customer service well done. Had an issue/complaint and Jennifer’s professionalism was what made it right in the way she sought to rectify and just make sure that things were handled. (She was not the one who initially handled me when i walked in the door but had she been, I’m pretty sure my complaint wouldn’t have even existed to begin with). Holly was excellent in explaining my taxes to me and all the changes that came along this year. I thank these two ladies for their professionalism!
