Definitely helped me and my wife when we had an issue with our carpet we had to cut out a piece when our dog tore it and they went out of their way to get us a piece and saved us easily 300$!!!! Y’all are amazing and keep helping the community the way y’all do

I had 2 room floors done, one in sheet vinyl and the other in luxury vinyl planks. I have used carpet gallery in the past. The teams that installed were on time, courteous and excellent with their skills. Jeremy Strayer did a great job with helping find products that I liked and could afford. Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Jeremy came out to take measurements and provided several options to meet our needs. He took time to explain the whole process as well as point out the benefits of each option. Installation was prompt and the crew worked very quickly and professionally. Overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.
