I recently had the pleasure of working with them to replace two air-conditioning units, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The secretary was compassionate and truly made me feel supported throughout the process.
They even provided a temporary air conditioning unit for our first floor while we waited for the parts to arrive. This was a lifesaver during the hottest months! The new unit for the second floor is absolutely outstanding it actually even cools part of the first floor. We are waiting for our first floor unit to arrive for installation. Ryan came to our house for a service call. I must say I've had many techs from other companies come do work and no one compares to Ryan. He found the problem and fixed it. He was easy to talk to as I had some questions at times. I always felt He was upfront an honest which i appreciate. I could go on an on about my experience but if you are in need of a great quality great pricing company highly recommend. They are definitely our go to from now on!

Called for service during the recent heat wave bexuase the comonay who installed our unit did not have available for days. B&E was able to give us an appointment the following day. The employee arrived during the promised time window and was extremely polite and professional. He explained to me in detail what was needed to fix our unit (a capacitor) as well as the cost for the replacement part, and details of the warranty. The employee also outlined for me the service agreements that they have available but he was not pushy. Highly recommend calling B&E if you need service. We will definitely be using B&E again!
