Everything is over the phone. You can see or try anything ,so you don't know how it will look or feel. Not very helpful when trying to pick a mask as they don't know much about what your needs are.

Actually, I didn't deal with Apria at all. The ordering was all done by my healthcare (Kaiser Permenante Medicare Advantage). I was told that arrival of my CPAP would be delayed by the ever present supply chain issues, it nonetheless arrived in a week or so. I'm very happy with it.

Jen with Apria Direct was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me, answering any questions I had & followed up with me. I haven't started using my cpap yet due to having Covid & trying to recover. Jen was very polite & professional & a pleasure to deal with. She provided exceptional customer service!
