All Connected Electric is a professional and kind business that handles electrical diagnoses and repairs. They are able to squeeze customers into their schedule, sometimes even the same day due to cancellations. Customers appreciate that their technicians explain things clearly and do a well-done job. Wiring is hidden or nicely tucked away, and installations, such as wall chargers, are sturdy and won't budge. They are adaptable to changes, even at the last minute, and customers are likely to return for future projects. Follow-up calls are also made to ensure everything is working properly.
Called Andy about diagnosis and repair of possible breaker issue. Luckily he had a cancellation due to weather and was able to come by the same day. He also did a follow up call the next week to make sure everything was working properly.
Andy was great! He was very professional, and kind through out the whole process. He didn’t mind explaining things that I wasn’t familiar with, and he was able to squeeze me in his schedule the same week I called.
I couldn’t ask for a more well done job. Everything charges at the expected speeds, and from the breaker box to this wall charger, all the wiring is either hidden or nicely tucked away. At what felt like the last minute, the charger placement was asked to be changed to where you see in the pictures. Andy was able to adapt to the change swiftly.
