“Prompt and polite. Although my husband is a tradesman I usually hire any contractors, because he's off doing his thing. A few times I've had problems because I'm a woman. John did not come off as condescending, or make me feel as if I was being talked down to or being taken advantage of. Jobsite left cleaner than when they started. Very quick turn around from the initial estimate to the completion of the work (less than 1 week). The estimate, scheduling and payment all handled electronically with quick books.
