I had a great experience! Very professional and communicative about the ETA. This was the smoothest tow I’ve ever had with my motorcycle — and I’ve had it towed before by other companies from breaking down on side of the road etc where things didn’t go so well due to inexperience. He handled everything with care and made a difficult situation much easier.
My motorcycle was being surrendered, and he still treated me with respect. Tow drivers are just doing their job, and it’s not their fault if a bill wasn’t paid. No need to get mad at the person helping you. Give respect, earn respect. Thank you for making a tough moment go so smoothly.
