This Visual Eyes, Greenbelt mall, is not good. They told me that they accept my United Healthcare insurance. Then they charged me the difference between what they wanted (retail fantasy) and what my insurance actually paid.
Furthermore, the were allowed $150.00 for just the frame under the insurance, but their least expensive frame was over $250.00, so I had to pay the $100.00+ difference.
Lastly, I just called them because the lens kept falling out and I noticed that a tiny screw that holds the lens tight had fallen out. I asked if they could repair it with a screw. They told me that the only way to fix it was to buy another frame.
I went there to get glasses prescription so I could order online from a company I like, and I told them that's what I was doing. I really wanted contacts but they were going to make me pay $90 for some kind of fitting thing even though I've been wearing contacts for 30 years and I know the brand I like. (Costco would never do this to me, and many other eye doctors I have seen over the years). So, this place gave me my glasses prescription but I realized later that it was incomplete and I couldn't use it anywhere to get new glasses. I need my PD and they didn't include it in my prescription, and when I called them, they acted like it's totally... read full review

I went there because they have a variety of glasses for my son but lady in front desk was rude! Also when we picked up the glasses they were given in a plastic bag ! They clearly didn’t care if the get damaged! I’m not going there anymore
