I got a pedicure on Wednesday 6/19.. I used this salon 4 years ago and the customer service was very poor. The technician did not greet me but asked that I sign in. My pedicure looks horrible with lumps in my toe nails. She never gave me the price and I paid over $36 dollars for a pedicure. She did not massage my legs or do any of the other services that is included in a salon pedicure. I will not return or recommend this nail shop to any of my friends. Why do they treat African Americans so rude when we are their customer base.

The services at this salon are quite limited only two technicians are able to do tips and acrylics, so if you’re interested in anything beyond a basic manicure or pedicure, expect a long wait. Unfortunately, the staff also came across as rude and unwelcoming, which added to the negative experience.

Nails came out well one visit and very bad the other visit. Do not recommend.
