Friendly, kind, professional and compassionate. My issue was minor from what I understand now but I was very concerned prior to my visit. Patel took it seriously non-the-less, he explained it to me and explained the just in-case route we were taking. Awesome experience all the way around. The woman that walked me back and took my vitals couldn’t be more awesome. Thank all of you
