A security guard earned this review for his employer, Elite Security Services & Solutions, LLC.During my visit to the emergency department at UM Capital Region Medical Group on 12/13/2023, I observed what appeared to be a case of patient abuse, specifically verbal abuse, by one of the security officers. The officer approached a young woman in her twenties who was caring for a baby in what looked like a waiting area for families but was off limits and used for quarantine based on the officers ranting.With total disregard for maintaining order and safety, he began screaming at the woman. This is one of the most horrible companies I have ever worked they changed schedule at the last minute from alternate weekends to working every weekend do not work here it is not worth it I had a patient try to bite me and they do not even care I got to write up for sitting down

If you choose to work for this company and choose to leave make sure you take your uniform off at the door bc they will hold your money for one short one pants and a belt for who knows when I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anybody not even to get fast cash
