First time and last time as a customer. My dress was not cleaned and had holes in it that were not there when I took it in. My dress also was more wrinkled coming out of the cleaners then when I dropped it off. So disappointed in this service especially since the dress was new and I only wore it once. I should've read the reviews first.

Spent $100 on 12 pieces of clothes that were cleaned horribly and OVER PRESSED!
My suit jacket was SO overly pressed, it was big on me! Then my Ralph Lauren dress still had a stain on it. Then, for my suit jacket to be cleaned, it had wrinkles in the folding of the arm area. It was my first time and LAST! It is a STRONG no for me.

Very disappointed with the level of service I received from these cleaners. I recently brought items in to be cleaned and upon picking up the items, I discovered stains and lint on the clothing.
