Their 45 years in business and A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau are a testament to their ability to fully satisfy their customers. Customers have praised the company's work, with one client highlighting the fantastic job Franco and his team did in replacing a front porch and sidewalk, and another client expressing satisfaction with the high-quality, professional work in converting a fireplace from wood-burning to gas and rebricking the hearth. My cellarway block was bulging in and the brick support for the porch was coming apart. I called four contractors and only Franko from Louis Sebastian Contractors showed up. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote, and I had enough left in my budget to have him do repairs on a brick wall. Franko and Mike are personable and experts in their trade. They were prompt and the work was completed in three working days. I am incredibly pleased with the work done and my experience with them.
Louis Sebastian Contractor does superior work. We had very old stucco failing on the exterior of our house, some of which fell off in a big sheet. I watched Franco & Michael attack the problem - the solution was superior. I then asked them to repair crumbling (badly) steps to our driveway. The steps look brand new and I am confident the work will outlive me. Additionally Franco & Michael show up when they say they will; they are totally focused on the job; and they clean up at the end of the day. Again, the work is superior. Highest recommendation.
Excellent craftsmanship, quality and customer service. The owner, Franco, is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of masonry and concrete work. A+ communication. A local company you can trust to do the job right, without question. Franco is on the job every day as well working with his crew, which gives even more confidence knowing everything is being done above and beyond. Highly recommended and would hire again.
