Vilma, the manager of Zips Cleaners she’s very detail, when she sees something damage on my clothes before she go to wash. She will let me know. It’s already be damaged. Maria was able to accommodate a request that I urgently needed for a last minute event. She was so kind and professional and went above and beyond. I usually take my clothing to a nearby cleaners. Not anymore! Because of Maria, ZIPS will be my preferred cleaners.
