Maria was able to accommodate a request that I urgently needed for a last minute event. She was so kind and professional and went above and beyond. I usually take my clothing to a nearby cleaners. Not anymore! Because of Maria, ZIPS will be my preferred cleaners.

I love my local ZIPS CLEANERS on Wisteria Drive in Germantown! A button was lost from my mother's blazer while at the cleaners. I was asked to return the next day, after the button wasn't found. The next morning, I returned but the button still hadn't been found. I, then, received a call a few moments after having left and was told the button was found. So, they continued looking, even after I had left. They fixed the button. ...They have great customer service and a commitment to satisfy their customers! Things happen but I know that they'll do their best to keep their customers happy. Thank YOU ZIPS of Germantown!!!
