10/14 was my very first experience at the salon. I called with an emergent hair situation and Cindy P took my call. She took me at the last minute and changed my life. My hair was a dry brittle unruly mess due to a horrible bleach and color job the ulta in Rockville did; to add I paid 350 dollars for. My hair was damaged so bad and I explained my situation she told me to come on in. Cindy is my new go to person. They are a particular sales consultant name, Izzie At the Germantown location and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for helping me find the correct Cosmetic products for my particular need. Izzie Not only heard what I was going through with my previous products and why I needed to change them, but she took it upon herself to demonstrate everything that I needed step-by-step and took her time. Very knowledgeable staff across the variety of products sold at the store. It can be expensive, but it depends on what you decide to get
