I recently sold a house in Hagerstown Maryland. My clients wanted to move into a nice clean house. The previous homeowners had a lot of items in the house it wasn't dirty but it was a big house. I waited till the last minute. I called Patricia I think on a Wednesday. My clients are moving in that Saturday. So I needed somebody very quickly to go in there on a Friday and clean a 2,500+ square foot house. Fortunately, Patricia was able to accommodate me. I don't represent buyers very often.
