In my first appointment, the physical therapist Jeremy was rude and saying that it’s “odd” that I am experiencing pain because of my flexibility and range of motion, then he finished his exam and gave me a heat pack for 10 minutes. This appointment was a complete waste of time, the PT didn’t show me any stretches or exercises to help alleviate my pain and when I asked if he can he said “not this time”. My next appointment isn’t until next week so what was the point of coming in for a 10 minute heat pack? I may be flexible and good range of motion but that doesn’t mean that it’s not painful when I am sitting and standing and carrying things and even lying down. All of my pain concerns were ignored by him and nothing was accomplished at this appointment to help me.

I loved my experience here. I got same day appointment which i am very thankful for. Staff is very friendly and professional:). Dr. Charles Mess explained everything very clearly he's absolutely amazing :)

This has to be the worst practice I have ever been to. I was seen on a Thursday, went for MRI Friday morning and they are telling me I won't have any results until the following Thursday. I left 2 messages for the doctor to call back and both days he left for surgeries with out bothering to call. I am in tremendous pain and he gave me no instructions on what I should be doing. So today I can barely walk, wonder what tomorrow will bring. Guarantee, no call from the doctor
