After the untimely death of my nephew, Singletons - the entire staff and especially Mark Vancura provided unequaled professional assistance, all the while exhibiting compassion and emotional support.
Even after a family member's rather inappropriate actions caused a needless delay in my nephews funeral/burial, Mark continued to go above and beyond to provide assistance all the while exhibiting extreme patience, compassion and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us through this very sad and difficult time.

I was able to handle all the paperwork online rather than deal with over the phone or in person. The one time I did reach out by phone, they got back to me very quickly.
