We bought a new refrigerator, and in order for Lowe's to install it, we needed to get a new metal water shut-off valve. We were able to get an appointment with Moco Plumbing for the next day. Richard came out to help us; he was friendly, professional, and the service was done promptly. The price we paid was reasonable given the exceptional service. We woke up to a water leak coming from the ceiling with water bubbles forming and the dry wall hanging from the ceiling. My friend said to call Edgar and he set up an appointment within a couple of hours and Richard came out and like a master diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem and what our next steps would be. I appreciated Richard’s professionalism and attention to detail. Yes, Edgar and Richard were life savers and I’ll keep them on speed dial for future projects.
