I started classes at Krav Oz because I had free time and wanted to learn self defense, and I personally think for everything they offer, the people you get to interact with, and the coaching it is more than worth it. The coaches are always encouraging and detailed in explanations for beginners. They also helped me find a good physical therapy place when I injured myself playing soccer. Which they weren’t obligated to do but they still were very helpful. Overall I’d say at the very least this is a place to check out and go to for a few months. I definitely would say it’s worth it. They got some great and genuine people on their staff.

This school is an excellent place to learn self-defense and discipline. The instructors are incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to your personal life. I highly recommend this school; they offer a wide range of options and will guide you on the right path.

Fantastic organization! I attended an Active Killer defense training with ZERO skill set and a comparable amount of physical strength. The only person who made me feel uncomfortable and out of my league was myself. The staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive. Truly a life changing experience.
