Wow! What can we say about JR Hadley?!?!? We've used them twice, once to remove and clean our large area rugs off-site and once for all of our carpets. Luis and JR were ALWAYS responsive and took very good care of our carpets. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs so they had to deal with the usual stuff one must deal with when having a farm (stains, smells, etc.). When they were done, everything was like new, and when we needed them to follow-up, they did so quickly, conveniently, and at no additional cost. I can't recommend these guys enough!
