I have had Ethan and his team do electrical work for about 5 years now. Adding outlets, running recessed lights, etc. Nothing major, but they are very responsive, immaculate work. If you need electrical work you can't find better.

Random power outage related to one breaker happened at 9:45 am. Contacted several contractors. By 11, Ethan was the first and only person who picked up personally and asked me to text him the details. Through text he was diagnosing and troubleshooting. He gave me an ETA and let me know ahead of time, asked before coming in and going up, and was courteous every step of the way.
Problem solved quickly. I thought it was just the breaker, but it was a problem that happened upstream. He knew the steps needed and he went at it.

A neighbor recommended Ethan. All my bathroom outlets stopped working all the sudden. Ethan was booked for the week, but I want to use someone that was recommended so I told him I can wait for next week but described my problem. I think Ethan realized it was a simple enough issue, he texted me at the end of his day, asked me a couple of questions and actually walked me through how to fix the problem and didn't even charge me. What an honest and great guy. Ethan was so nice right from when I called him. I am NOT a handy person and fearful of electrical stuff, but he was so easy to understand as walked me through the issue.
