“I was looking to switch dental practices for my 2 girls because the staff within the practice changed and it's not been very pleasant experience. So I found Wisteria Dental care and decided to give it a try. I was very nervous because my younger daughter (9 years old) is very anxious and scared about anything medical (because of the previous experience we had) and I know she needs to build trust before we can do anything...

From the moment I've called to book the appointment to the moment we left I felt supported. I can't say enough about the care we received.

When we just came my daughter was crying and scared and didn't want to do anything. But Shannon stayed calm and took her time to explain EVERYTHING and showing her all the different devices until she finally warmed up to her. She did all the x-rays that were needed and was cooperative in a way that I haven't seen for a while in a dentist office.

I'm defiantly coming back and will recommend to anyone!

She was the first dentist who was able to truly understand and explain the problem to me in detail. So when it came back from realignment at the lab, I FINALLY had a denture that fit me without slippage or pain! This was a great relief, after experiencing many months of frustration and pain, having to puree my food in order to eat it!“
