Mark demonstrated the utmost professionalism while scheduling our appointment over the phone. He was cordial, concise, and managed to fit both of us into a time that suited our schedule.During my visit, I met with Anteja, who was delightful while conducting my x-rays. Not only was she efficient, but she was also extremely personable. I felt at east the minute I sat in the chair! I then met with Dr. Archuleta, who dedicated time to thoroughly discuss my treatment plan and address all my questions. He communicates with intention, kindness and without any sense of haste, which I truly appreciate.I followed up with Kathy, who, much like the rest of the team, was exceptional. She has a gentle and kind approach and ensured my comfort during my cleaning. I ended my visit with Sonia, who booked me for my next visit and graciously went over any billing questions I had. “I had a remarkable experience with Dr. Kohi at R3 Dental! She demonstrated expertise in understanding the problem with my bottom denture and the need to have it realigned at the lab. She was the first dentist who was able to truly understand and explain the problem to me in detail. So when it came back from realignment at the lab, I FINALLY had a denture that fit me without slippage or pain! This was a great relief, after experiencing many months of frustration and pain, having to puree my food in order to eat it!“

“Had a emergency visit. To be honest I have not seen a dentist in a very long time. I have severe anxiety over Dr's in general. Always felt my blood pressure or heart rate would get to high. I know I'm not the only one out there putting it off due to this. The first visit there was no judgement or lectures just suggestions and solutions. Dr Sadhu was amazingly gentle, kind, and understanding. Due to my anxiety we are doing things in stages. She talked to me during and told me exactly what she was doing. She said she could recommend a oral surgeon for sedation however at this point I feel more comfortable with her. The Dr. And her team are awesome and I can't say enough good things about them. If you feel the same way I suggest you give them a try because this was not the experience I thought it was going to be but instead gave me hope. Ty to Dr. Sandhu and the whole team for Being so kind. Now it's time for me to do my part and I'm excited to get my smile back. Have future appointments coming up. If you have anxiety the first step is the first visit.“
