Check-in was amazing! I was seen right away, and both my MA and my primary care physician, Dr. Hashemi, were professional, pleasant, and attentive. Dr. Hashemi took the time to answer all my questions and cover all the bases. The care was excellent, and I genuinely felt like part of the family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The doctor was an hour late to my appointment. It was my first meeting so even though I was going to leave and reschedule the doctor said he would work “quickly” and wanted me to stay. So I ended up rushing through, not a good start. I had to come back the next day for my labs. There are two ordered labs missing results in my portal out of 6. I called about the missing results and the office said they had results. When I asked them to please put them in the portal they said they couldn’t. I go back in a week to go over results and I am not feeling hopeful.
Dr. Hashemi was very attentive to my needs. Immediately looked up a specialist for my issue. She and I agreed that there may be something deeper going on that needed to be addressed
