The doctor was an hour late to my appointment. It was my first meeting so even though I was going to leave and reschedule the doctor said he would work “quickly” and wanted me to stay. So I ended up rushing through, not a good start. I had to come back the next day for my labs. There are two ordered labs missing results in my portal out of 6. I called about the missing results and the office said they had results. When I asked them to please put them in the portal they said they couldn’t. I go back in a week to go over results and I am not feeling hopeful.

Dr. Hashemi was very attentive to my needs. Immediately looked up a specialist for my issue. She and I agreed that there may be something deeper going on that needed to be addressed

My GP is good. The specialists that I have been referred (cardiologist and neurologist) are over worked and spend very little time with me as a patient. I have switched cardiologists and doing the same with neurologist. Your business model has your doctors overworked.
