In March 2021, I went for my annual physical with Dr. Avni Jain. She was dressed with full PPE due to COVID-19 pandemic and yet fully attentive to the task at hand. I always appreciate her candidness and the kind way she informed me the "pandemic pounds" were too much and needed attention. Dr. Jain's previous chart notes drove her line of questioning and seemed very succinct. not deviating from the time-efficient manner that gets her through a busy clinic. She's been treating patients for a number of years, but always makes me feel like I'm her only patient.

AMG Primary Care is IMHO the best Primary Care office in Germantown and beyond. Dr Jain is the best PCP I've had in quite a number of years. Strictly for the convenience of the AMG patients they have a Labcorp facility in the office) which is a bonus esp if you like me can only use a Labcorp facility) most offices will draw the blood and send it out but this is a full fledged Labcorp for routine labs. This shows AMG Germantown Primary Care's commitment to their patients. If you are looking for a recommendation of a Dr, I can't speak highly enough of Dr Jain.
