Came here for prenatal care for the both of my pregnancy. The first time I had no issues. Supportive and nice staff. The second time around place went downhill. Bare minimum support group. Judgmental/ passive aggressive nurses. They have this one nurse in particular, Hispanic women, very aggressive/ combative when talking to women. Don’t know her name but she’s the only one with a thick latin accent. I dreaded getting her to check me in for vitals. Very dismissive, unwelcoming of a nurse. They should honestly get rid of her. I’m not even the type to take things personal. But that women abuses her authority figure.

They appear as a good place for one to go and get prenatal check ups and help. But the nurses at the desk will talk about your issues in front of other patients not caring how unprofessional it is or how uncomfortable it makes you. Also, you can make an appointment to see one midwife (like a female) only to get another(male) and they don't feel the need to inform you of the change. If you want to leave the practice they fail to let you know that you need to sign for your records because there is no other way to obtain them and that the process takes up to 4 weeks.
