We were in town for the holiday weekend and our son got a fish hook lodged in our dogs tongue. Not only did they answer on a Saturday at 830am (on a holiday weekend) but also they safely sedated our dog, expertly removed the hook, and woke him up so that he was comfortable and back at home by 10am.
So lucky we found them!!! If we ever have a vet emergency in MD, we know where we are going!

I can't sing enough praise about this veterinary hospital! After being told NO from several other places, they took the time to squeeze in our Parakeet Blu within hours of calling! Dr. Otero took the time to look over our boy thoroughly, helped ease his pain, and addressed every concern. Thank you Dr Otero!!!

I have been going here since they first opened. Dr Ortero has welcomed puppies and kittens into my family and cried with me at the end of their lives. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else.
