Exceptional professionalism and very thorough in review and treatment of the bat infestation. We knew we were in good hands at Daniel’s first visit to assess the problem and are so grateful First Solutions honored the warranty of the prior company and provided such great customer service. We had a major bat infestation in the attic treated by the prior owners of the company about 2 years ago. The treatment fee was extremely high and they neglected to properly seal the attic after the work was done. Fast forward to 12/25 to find that we had more bats. First Solutions was very easy to work with. They sent a pro out quickly, and treated my pest issue right away and they came on time. They also worked to ensure I had the documentation I needed in a timely manner, and everyone I dealt with on staff was extremely professional. The pest control guy was awesome and full of energy.
