I have been apart of this studio for just under two months and it has been life changing. The second I park in the lot all my negative energy from the outside world shifts away. I go inside and am always greeted by the most amazing woman. For 1-1.5 hours 3 and sometimes four times a week I can release myself to have fun, dance, fly in aerials, or strengthen all my muscles with amazing pole moves. Phoenix Rising is a perfect fit for me. Needing some excitement in my workout routine and finding it there was one thing, but meeting the other amazing Phoenixes (plural form?) who also happen to be down to Earth was a pleasant surprise. Great staff/instructors and very cool fellow classmates. Great prices & fun classes. I look forward to going and miss it when I can't make it.

PRMA is such an amazing studio. All the instructors are fantastic and work with any skill level and everyone is so encouraging. I’ve made some many wonderful friends in this group of fabulous ladies. It’s also an amazing workout that doesn’t feel monotonous like regular workouts do.
