This is an Update on my last Review, If you Applied for a refund advance, like I did, and was approved for less then the amount you applied for. PLEASE double check the fees they charged you, if you got anything less than $1000 you should not had been charged anything but a $69 processing fee. The fees they charged me, took my whole state refund. I am currently trying to get this resolved, I talked to my tax preparer here Colin, and he had no answers , nobody in the office could help, and Angela took the day off.

I used this company two years in a row. I had issues both years. At this point I have spent the last 6 weeks calling and getting no response. I mean have call at least 3 days a week, sometimes twice a day. Maryland told me I needed to have an have my 2020 taxes done correctly so I would not have to pay and I could get the refund I deserved. And they will not return my calls. They are not professionals, and have cost me a lot money!

Terrible experience with this company trusting Angela with everything but the end up loosing $80000 transferred to pay for the IRS payroll tax in 2018 and tell me to stop services and find out never been paid after transferring $112489 for the entire year I asked her to provide information but she can't provide any, I'm in the process of suing the company so be aware of nice approach from Angela
