Not only is Chantal’s around the corner from my house, she is a fast and efficient braider! I have had one issue where my braid came undone.. I made a call and she took me in right away. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes. If something hurts or you don’t like it, SPEAK UP! (within a reasonable time frame) Closed mouths are not fed.
I haven’t been braided by the daughters yet but I’ve seen their work ??“

She is also skilled at growing your own hair underneath, especially if your goal is to grow your own locs. My hair feels healthy and is getting to a length where I will feel comfortable wearing it out. She is also efficient and I am in and out within a reasonable time - now waiting around on other clients. My time is my time and I value that type of service.“

Not only is she professional, but she's also super thoughtful when it comes to the health of my hair-always explaining what she's doing and why. It's been four weeks since the install, and my scalp hasn't felt irritated, itchy, or tight at all. I'm not sure exactly what magic she worked, but whatever she did made this one of the most comfortable installs l've ever had. Easily a ten out of ten experience.
