534 E Jarrettsville Rd, Forest Hill“At first I was kinda wary of them cause of some of the reviews. I tend to be over protective about my fur babies and only seek the best for them. My worry was quickly put aside when I entered, they made sure to communicate with me about step by step instructions on my fur babies medication and they answer all my questions and reassured me when I worried about their health. I’m not huge on leaving reviews but i felt that they were not given the credit they deserve. Yes, maybe it’s a tad bet more expensive, but let’s face it you pay for what you get. I STAND by my choice of picking them as my go to place for my babies. I completely trust them. I do advise you to ask about everything if your as worried as I am. I ask for a detailed receipt and always ask for a detailed health report and they ALWAYS help me. Some people I’ve noticed receive what they get. You can’t be RUDE to these lady’s and expect them to happily answer your questions. They are always sweet and caring and always give love to both of my dogs. I honestly can’t believe I was scared of being my dogs here cause of people lying and making a bias story that makes them seem as if they are in the right. I will honestly be forever grateful that they care a lot about easing my worries and caring for my pups health.“

2128 Fallston Rd, Fallston“Our English Mastiff had an ear infection for months. He had been to his vet for it and it didn't go away. Then he was sedated, the ear was flushed at a UC vet and it still came back. He has been on so many rounds of antibiotics and nothing worked. My brother in law recommended we try Pleasantville animal hospital (which is an hour away from us.) Our first impression of this vet was awesome they were not booked out super far. Everybody there was very nice and treated us well. At our first appointment we were given a round of medication for our dog's ear. We treated our dog for 20 days with this medication and the ear infection still remained. However, this vet followed up with us via text to track his progress. We ended up having to sedate him again to have his ear flushed. Our dog's original vet doesn't cut nails and won't sedate him because he's such a large dog. Pleasantville treated him with such kindness and great care. His nails were trimmed and he had a thorough exam while he was sedated. Now I am so happy to report that our dog's ear infection is finally gone. It is so nice to see our dog back to his usual self. Thank you Pleasantville Animal Hospital for such a great experience this place was worth the drive!“

2719 Pulaski Hwy, Edgewood“I am beyond happy with Shannon's Pretty Paws. I called to find out what I needed to do to have our Blue Heeler's nails trimmed. I explained that my dog does not like to have his paws touched and being herding dog he could nip as a response. I further stated that he had to be medicated all the time in the past. She was very kind, listened and told me to bring him without meds to see how he does without. We took Rocky over, she introduced herself and they clicked. In short order he was done. No Meds!! This is a big deal. He has been medicated every time for 6 years to have his nails trimmed. I am unable to do it myself and fearful due to his all black nails.
I am truly thankful for your kindness and care for our loyal friend. I will return in the future and I will be recommending Shannon's Pretty Paws.“

This lady's today did their best. My dog was I'm the cage waiting for the turn. She went in and out, which out a problem. They are really patient with your pet, and they care. Recommended 10 out of 10. Thank you“
