I've been going here, when needed (due to location), for about a decade. At first the doctors, nurses, and front desk were helpful, they listened, and took your heath seriously. Since then, those same doctors/nurses (the front desk is still good) have become greedy, unhelpful, and condescending. Today was the last straw, they outright refused to help me because I had a prior condition. My confidence in the medical system is broken now. It is all about greed. I will not be going back.

I was a patient at this place for years. Then my doctor left. And after my doctor left they treated me horribly, tried to label me, mocked medical tests that I had in done in search of a rib condition that was hard to find, and there office staff in general seems to forget that we are the one's paying them. So I left. Getting what I need at another PCP, that treats me with respect and does not have a condescending attitude. This place thinks there large because of their Medstar association, and because of that they think they can treat people however they want (like little authoritarians).
