My experience as a customer for the past year plus has been excellent. If you’re in the Bel Air area, ask for Jerome! He is our pest control specialist and is not only great at what he does, he is always extremely pleasant and efficient but thorough. He always comes for his visits within the window he says he will, and gives great tips that I wouldn’t have known about being a first-time homeowner. Jerome never tries to upsell me things I don’t need, but also makes clear what my options are. We’re happy customers!
We've used Home Paramount for years. Truly believe the technician, Jeremy, is the reason for the good rating. On the occasions (few) he has not performed our service...2 stars. He knows our home/pet, schedules, and is thoughtful about all.
