Forest Hill Kitchen and Bath just completed a kitchen countertop replacement for us and I have to say they finished the work exactly on time and did a thoroughly professional job. They updated out kitchen countertop, sink, laundry room counter top and half bath. From selecting the new counter top and back splash finish and color while matching existing floors and cabinets they walked us through the process expertly. We could not be happier with the finished product – it feels like a total rehab! The on-site team was amazing and completed the work, cleaned up and left – with us missing them after the work was completed. We had our Master Bath redone and Evva and Forest Hill Kitchen & Bath were fantastic. Right from the start, the design, quoting, and contracting phase, through completion, they were professional, easy to work with, and reasonable. Their attention to detail and quality was apparent the entire time. And not only in the workmanship, but in how we picked the bath components to scheduling the work to keeping us up to date on the completion schedule, there wasn't a detail missed. They truly worked with us and cared about our satisfaction at every step of the process. Ray, Nick and the rest of the construction team were phenomenal. Their work is top notch and first class. And special thanks to Evva who designed the room. It was not an easy room to work with given how it was in the front of the house with multiple windows. She came up with two designs and got very creative to give us some great options that made the room so much better. We are so happy that right now, they are finishing up a second bathroom project for us at my mother in law's condominium, which is just as beautiful. We plan to use them for future bathroom upgrades and our kitchen soon.
We need to have our Master Bath remodeled, after 5 estimates we decided to go with Forest Hill. We worked the whole time with Travis, he was very helpful and extremely responsive. Our work started at the very beginning of the Covid-19 close, making the project that much more difficult, one would think. But Travis kept all it going, the people that came in were very respectful and they were spaced out so that the workers would feel safe as well as us. the project is perfect and just to add, even now that the project is complete and fulled paid Travis continues to be response, we are waiting for a replacement screen for the new window and every time I email him I receive the answer very quickly. Travis is still keeping us in the loop. I highly recommend them.
