Our experience with First Response was terrific! The technician, Mike Baynes was very knowledgeable and professional. Worked diligently all day to ensure our system was up and running. Mike really should get a raise!

We had a 6 month service call today for our HVAC system, Rob S was our serviceman. He made fan speed adjustments for heating and cooling because we felt it got either too warm or too cold when it first came on. He took time to study the manual and explained exactly what changes were required. The system is in cooling mode now and we feel a definite improvement when it starts, plus it is much quieter. Thank you Rob!
