The equipment wasn't up to par (wouldn't always start without multiple tries) but Barney at the Finksburg store was a lifesaver, showing up to help when I needed it the most.Alex and Shawn both went above and beyond to help me.

Gene and all the guys on the lot were super helpful and had excellent customer service. Prices were competitive or better than "big box stores" that rent the same thing. Equipment was well kept.

Terrific place to rent lawn equipment. Called them on the phone and confirmed the day before they would have it in stock and reserved it. Picked it up on Friday and returned on Tuesday due to Labor Day weekend. All staff were incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. They helped hook the trailer to the vehicle and double checked that the lights worked correctly.Rented here multiple times and have always had the same great experience.Extra Info: I only rent smaller lawn equipment such as aerator, or ~9" chipper shredders so can't speak to the larger equipment. As they are closed on weekends a weekend warrior like me can work at my pace over two days rather than feeling...read full review
