Had them out about a year ago when my water pump stopped. They were able to fix it inexpensively but recommended new systems to prevent a possible pump failure in the future. I passed but planned to get back to them for this service.
Well, a year later the pump failed. They installed a new well pump, blue pressure tank, and sediment filter. The install is super clean and is working flawlessly.
While they were here they addressed a few minor issues. Even though it is stuff I kind of feel like I should take care of (toilet kept running as well as a few leaky components) they addressed the issues easier and better than I ever could have.

My parents used this company and I have been using them for over 30 years. Always dependable. They know what they are doing and always get the job done correctly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
I was concerned about having AC on the upper level of my house so I called Naylor's over the weekend. An emergency service answered my call and left a message so that they'd return my call by Monday morning, which they did. I received another call on Tuesday saying someone would be on their way in 30 minutes and they arrived in exactly 30 minutes. Chris was prompt, friendly, introduced himself, and then went about his business of checking out my AC. He explained everything and I learned a lot about my heating and cooling system.
