Magass Family Medicine & Urgent Care

Today was my first time coming to Magass Family Medicine & Urgent care and I was blown away at the service that was provided. I have used many Urgent/Express cares/Patient first centers over the years, but this place will now be my go-to for any sort of non-emergency type needs, even though I have two that are less than 5 minutes from my house. Due to the previously mentioned urgent care centers being bought out by corporations, gone were the days of a family “mom and pop” type atmosphere, or so I thought. Great experience!!! I just googled an urgent care in my area and a few popped up. But Their website caught my eye. I had No appointment. I walked into this establishment and was met by a lovely bubbly receptionist that helped me prepare for my first time visit. I stepped on a nail and it was embedded in my foot. After I signed all the paperwork I was greeted by a very charming and pleasant Assistant who took my blood pressure and weight. Soon following the Doctor entered and explained (in layman's terms) exactly what he was going to do for my injury. He really made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this place especially For the ones that suffer mental illnesses and addiction.. In all my years this has been far the best place I have ever been too. Every person that works in this facility is just absolutely amazing and they really do care about every single patient from the inside and out and they are quick when u need them to be but they will also take the time to care as well..For example I had an emergency situation and needed to reschedule my appointment and the office was closed for the holiday this past weekend so I reached out on there portal site on Saturday to message them and they literally took care of it that day within that hour... read full review
