The techs were very efficient, and they were polite, well-mannered young men. Overall, we are extremely happy with their service and can’t recommend them highly enough!

We have used JJ Gloss for appliance repair twice in the last several weeks and have been pleased with the experience both times. Scheduling is easy, their service technicians have been communicative and polite, their diagnosis has been correct, and the price for both repairs was very reasonable. My father owned an appliance repair company in California for over 40 years, so I always check diagnosis and cost with him before proceeding with any repair, and both times he agreed with the diagnosis and said the price was extremely fair.
