Geoffrey is truly a healer. I saw him for a massage when I was having shoulder pain, and he spent the entire session focusing specifically on my needs. He also spent time after our hour to show me stretches I can do on my own at home. I left pain free, and am continuing to feel the benefits days later. I will absolutely be going back whenever I need bodywork. 10/10 recommend his services!

I have had the opportunity to receive an integrative therapeutic massage from Geoffrey on multiple occasions and his work shines far and above many of the other experiences I've had with bodywork. While many massage therapists give an overall relaxing experience (which is valuable in its own right), Geoffrey asks many questions throughout the session to ensure he is targeting the areas of dysfunction that are pulling the body out of balance. As someone who has lived with chronic pain for over a decade, the results of Geoffrey's work continues to surprise me as I reflect on how my pain level has dropped considerably. My second session surpassed my expectations and I didn't think that was possible after my first 90 min 1:1 session with Geoffrey! Spinal stenosis and bulging discs debilitated me in Jan. This morning even in all this rain. I was up early on time and out servicing my client as scheduled. The minute my eyes sees the sanctuary I already begin to feel relief from my pain, heartache, and fears. This session not only reset my body, but I was able to drift off into a "nothing space of bliss" It is very difficult for me to settle my mind and relax.
