Service Today Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

So far I have been satisfied with the installation of the Mitsubishi Electric Inverter heater and air conditioner units. The service has been good and the units have cooled and heated my home this year to my greatest satisfaction. I’m glad I had it done.

Richard did a great job installing the kitchen faucet but I probably will not call Service today as my first choice .Today was a practice run for future plumbing work - bathroom work and switch to a tankless water heater but $545.00 to install a owner supplied faucet is pushing the limit. Nothing special just plug and go . Co worker mention them so I called . I know I could have said no or did it myself but didn't. Another day without a kitchen sink was not on the table . I was hoping to see a itemized bill when I got it but just install information , no break downs .

Called to have an outdoor spigot replaced …. They charged me $525 to replace the spigot , after calling them wanting to know why it cost so much, they said they were unable to break the bill down , and they weren’t sure how they came up with that number … on top of that , they did not follow instructions on contacting me by phone , instead of going inside and bothering my sick wife .. the quality of work by the technician seemed good , although the part ended up leaking again ( at no fault of the technician). They came back out and got it fixed the next day.. no complaints on the quality of work , or response time . My only beef was the cost of a simple repair...read full review
