First visit today with my mom and daughter—what a wonderful experience! We had 3 deluxe pedicures, a regular manicure, and a gel manicure. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing, and all three of us absolutely love our nails! Such a pleasure—we’ll definitely be back!
I went in for a simple eyebrow wax, and that alone was 5 stars! The employees are so friendly. While I was waiting I heard a couple conversations where they were ensuring their clients were happy with results and/or asking for feedback. The sweet woman who did my eyebrows was so gentle and kind; I have gone to other salons where they were rude and even made me bleed from how rough they are. I have found a new favorite place!
I have been to Serene Nails twice and both times have been a great experience! Kristy is fantastic and gave me a beautiful gel mani pedi. She is an absolute pro nail artist! The facility is very nice and clean.
