TL;DR: Battaglia builds a nice-looking home, but their project management, communication, and follow-through are terrible. If you value timelines, transparency, or basic responsiveness, I would not recommend them.

Being familiar with this builder, Please know what the builder shows you and the allowance he gives when quoting your new home. Those things are called change orders. Be prepared

Battaglia homes was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From our first meeting with Chris Battaglia we knew we were in good hands. He was very polite, responsive and caring. He listened to our needs and desires in our dream home and ensured his team executed on a high, professional manner. His design suggestions for our in-law suite helped accommodate our elderly parents and make life comfortable for our entire family all the way down to the dog wash for our lab Chester!Thank you for our beautiful home...we know it wouldn't have been the same without Chris and the team at Battaglia homes!!!
